Thank you for visiting and shopping at BAWOOBA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard shipping time for all regions covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

  • Local Region(s) (Intra City): 1 - 2 Working Days Intracity
  • Zonal Region(s) (Intrazonal): 2 – 4 Working Days Intrazonal
  • National Region(s) (Interzonal): 3 – 5 Working Days Interzonal

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or mobile.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Tanzania.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes

BAWOOBA ships to addresses within Tanzania.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Deliveries

You will be required to confirm your package during delivery by our shipping patners.

Multiple failed attempts of delivery will lead to the order to be canceled. Hence shipping fees and a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

BAWOOBA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

BAWOOBA is not liable for any products damaged or lost after delivery. If you received your order damaged, Please, contact us to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Tanzania.
