Thank you for visiting and shopping at BAWOOBA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or mobile.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you insert your address.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Tanzania.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

BAWOOBA ships to addresses within Tanzania.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BAWOOBA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


BAWOOBA is not liable for any products damaged or lost after delivery. If you received your order damaged, Please, contact us to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Tanzania.

Returns Policy Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please follow the following steps.

  • Login to your Account
  • Go to Dashboard
  • Click the ‘RMA’ tab on your left.
  • Click on ‘Request New RMA’
  • You will see all products that are eligible for returns.
  • Fill in the required fields and submit your application.

Failure to do so you can email our returns customer service at to help out in the return process.

After processing the RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note

  • A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all refunds.
  • Shipping fee/charges will not be returned.
